The Apartments Palmer are conveniently located near the centre of Ortisei, next to the pedestrian promenade and the ski lifts.

The strategic position of our apartment building is an immediate hit with our guests. Whether you’re going skiing, hiking, mountain biking, shopping or for a leisurely stroll through the village, Apartments Palmer is the ideal starting point for numerous car-free activities.

You’ll also be delighted by the cosy ambience and the tasteful furnishings of our three apartments Margherita, Palmer and Ortisei, which are close to the town centre. They’re equipped with every modern comfort, each have a parking space in the private garage and two of them include a beautiful garden with a view of the countryside.

We provide cots and highchairs for toddlers on request. You’ll also find a tumble dryer in the building for shared use, a lockable bike room for summer and a separate ski room for each apartment to store ski equipment in winter.

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of short-term cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date, 90% of the booking value will be charged.
Covid-19-related cancellations: In the event of cancellations due to legal travel restrictions or lockdowns, the deposit will be refunded. In all other cases, our cancellation policy listed above applies.
Hygiene: We only use natural and eco-friendly cleaning products and disinfectants for cleaning the flats. It is not permitted to use additional chemical cleaning agents!
Payment: By bank transfer in advance or in cash on the day of arrival.
Check-in: From 2pm to 7pm. Late arrival on arrangement.
Check-out: By 9am.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Smoke is only permitted outdoors.
Pets: You are not permitted to bring a pet for your stay with us. We thank you for your understanding.
Val Gardena Mobil Card: Our guests receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card, which allows free use of all buses in Val Gardena.

Location

In a quiet location just a few steps from the town centre

Upon arrival at Apartments Palmer, you can park your car in the hotel's underground car park for the entire stay and enjoy a car-free holiday. The idyllic town centre of Ortisei is just a few minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There’s also a children's playground, a running/walking path and the Mar Dolomit public indoor and outdoor pool with sauna area in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, you’ll have the ski lifts and the collection point for the Ortisei ski school right in front of the house. The cable cars for Alpe di Siusi and Seceda can be easily reached with the ski bus, which stops just a few metres in front of the apartments.

Arriving by car
Take the Chiusa / Val Gardena (German: Klausen / Gröden) exit on the Brennero motorway (A22) and continue on the SS242 for around 19 km to Ortisei.
